Attention Parents & Guardians: By registering your child or minor ward into Learnovo Kids (also known as the Digital Minds Club by Learnovo), you legally accept and agree to the operational terms detailed below.
Welcome to the Digital Minds Club. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Parent, Guardian, or Sponsor) and Learnovo Digital Academy. Please read them thoroughly before completing student enrollment or processing payment parameters.
Learnovo Kids structures specialized technology programs for children and teenagers. Because our services are explicitly intended for minors:
To keep class schedules running smoothly, all financial operations follow strict administrative timelines:
We work hard to maintain a respectful, inspiring environment within the Digital Minds Club. Students are required to observe standard digital citizenship rules during all instruction hours:
We do not tolerate cyberbullying, disruptive behavior during live video calls, code tampering inside shared development spaces, or sharing inappropriate content. If a student repeatedly violates these boundaries, we reserve the right to suspend their club membership without a refund, following a formal warning to the parent.
The code templates, digital illustration guidelines, animation blocks, and instructional video recordings provided by Learnovo belong exclusively to us. They are licensed to your child for personal educational use only and may not be repackaged or sold commercially.
For virtual classes, parents are responsible for providing the necessary hardware setupβincluding a reliable laptop computer, a functional web camera, and a stable internet connection capable of streaming live video instructions. We are not responsible for missed lessons due to local power faults, computer system crashes, or data connectivity drops on the userβs end.
Learnovo Digital Academy, its technical leads, and its instructional staff will not be liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential data issues, software bugs, or hardware issues that occur on personal computing devices while installing course tools (e.g., Python engines, PostgreSQL databases, code editors, or animation suites).
We reserve the right to modify class modules, adjust curriculum tracks to match current tech standards, or change club schedules. If major structural updates or scheduling shifts occur, we will notify parents at least 48 hours in advance via your registered email or official WhatsApp channel.
If you have questions, need clarification on our club structure, or require an itemized receipt for registration billing, please contact us at our administrative desk:
